RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and are happy to accept product returns and exchanges. Some items are non-returnable so please read carefully about these products below. You will find further information on our return and exchange policy in our terms and conditions menu.

By purchasing from Gina+Kate you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding your return/exchange, please contact Customer Service at orders@ginaandkate.com. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill out the return and exchange form that was included with your order. If you did not receive your return/exchange form, please let us know and we will happily provide it for you or download a general form here: return and exchange form. Include the form in your package along with the item(s).
  • Address your return package to: Gina+Kate-Returns+Exchanges, 3922 Sawyer Bend Lane, Sugar Land, Texas 77479.
  • We will email you once everything is processed and completed.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Free shipping on all domestic exchange orders

  • Place a new order online for your exchange items.
  • Note your new exchange order number on the return and exchange form that was included with your order. If you did not receive your return/exchange form, please let us know and we will happily provide it for you or download a general form herereturn and exchange form. Include the form in your package along with the item(s).
  • Address your return package to: Gina+Kate-Returns+Exchanges,  3922 Sawyer Bend Lane, Sugar Land, Texas 77479.
  • For Continental US orders only, we will refund your new exchange order's shipping fee when we process your return package. Only orders with standard shipping are eligible.
  • We will email you once everything is processed and completed.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

  • All returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.)
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Redlined & flash sale items
    • Jewelry
    • Hosiery
    • Intimates
  • Bathing suits must be returned with their hygienic liner.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box, as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only within the given time frame.

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.

Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Gina+Kate is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

HOLIDAY RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

During the holiday season, all orders placed between November 25th and December 25th are eligible for a return/exchange within 25 days from the original purchased date. Gift returns (without receipt) are eligible for store credit only. Please see below for more information on returns/exchanges.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES PROCESSING

  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit. Your original method of payment will be credited/debited to reflect changes (if any) in the amount of your exchange (minus the shipping charges incurred) and usually takes up to 1 week to show up on your credit card statement.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable (unless wrong item was shipped).
  • For Continental US orders only, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Though we make the best effort to align promotional pricing to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, at times a price reduction results in a customer paying a higher price within a short time of the price reduction. We have established a policy to provide price adjustments for our customers in these instances when brought to our attention.

  • Price adjustments may be made within 14 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price.
  • Customer must contact Gina+Kate Customer Service via email (orders@ginaandkate.com) and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.
  • Price adjustments are provided in the form of store credit to the user’s account.
